SAFA — Shipping Policy

Make-to-order. To avoid overproduction, we begin production as soon as your order is placed. This supports minimal waste and responsible inventory.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (make-to-order + quality check).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a tracking email once your parcel ships.

Delivery Time (guide)

  • United States: typically 1–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Remote areas or peak periods may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Some items ship directly from our supplier/warehouse; multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, we’ll send your tracking number by email.

  • Tracking events can take 24–48 hours to update after the first scan.

Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

  • Duties/taxes may apply depending on destination rules and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels

  • Enter your address carefully at checkout.

  • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately—we can help before dispatch.

  • If a parcel returns due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, we can reship (postage may apply) or refund the item (shipping fees non-refundable).

Delays Outside Our Control

  • Carrier backlogs, weather, customs, and peak-season congestion can cause delays.

  • We’re not liable for such delays once the parcel is with the carrier, but we’re happy to help monitor progress.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the parcel, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier branch first.

  • For damaged or wrong items, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item(s).

  • We’ll open a carrier investigation and resolve quickly—replacement or refund depending on stock and outcome.

Split Shipments

  • To speed things up, items may ship from different facilities. You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each parcel.
