SAFA — Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SAFA website, products, and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your credentials secure.

  • You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account.

2. Products & Content

  • We strive for accurate presentation; colors and appearance may vary by device and settings.

  • We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline at our discretion.

  • Payment must be processed before acceptance.

  • Order changes/cancellations may not be possible once processing starts.

  • Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

  • Access to third-party tools or sites is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.

  • Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

8. Feedback & Reviews

  • By submitting reviews, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant SAFA a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display it.

  • You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

9. Errors & Availability

  • We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information (including price or availability) at any time, even after an order is placed.

10. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or malicious activity.

  • Do not bypass security, spam, scrape, harvest data without consent, or interfere with operation of the Services.

  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time.

  • Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification) survive termination.

  • Except as required by law or expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAFA and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

14. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAFA and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

15. Privacy

  • Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use third-party providers (payments, logistics, hosting) to operate the Services; their processing is governed by their terms and policies.

16. Governing Law & Venue

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

  • You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

17. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. The updated Terms take effect on the posted effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
