SAFA — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you fix it.

1) Return Window

  • You may return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging.

2) How to Start a Return

Email safaglobal801@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Short reason (and photos if damaged/incorrect)

We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Note: Returns sent without approval (RMA) may be delayed or refused.

3) Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

  • For approved defective/incorrect items, we cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

4) Refunds & Exchanges

  • Choose a refund (to the original payment method) or a free exchange (subject to stock).

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned goods. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days after receipt.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5) Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if:

  • Your item arrived damaged,

  • You received the wrong item/size/color, or

  • Your order is missing item(s).
    We’ll resolve it quickly. In most clear cases of damage/incorrect shipment, you won’t need to return the item.

6) Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Used or washed items, or items with removed/damaged tags

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, bodysuits) if opened

  • Gift cards, downloadable items, or promotional freebies

7) Condition Requirements

Returned products must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, free of scents, makeup, pet hair, and damage

  • In the original packaging with all accessories (belts, buttons, dust bags, etc.)

8) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can cancel or modify an order within 15 minutes of purchase.

  • After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

9) Wrong Address / Undeliverable

If an order returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item cost (shipping non-refundable).

10) Sale Prices & Discounts

If you bought an item before a sale, we cannot retroactively apply discounts.
Discount codes must be added at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
